What action can i take if wife defaults in repaying the loan

27-Dec-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I gave loan amount 10 lacs to my wife.We have not been staying together for over a year as due to some conflict she left my house. She had signed a pronote saying she will return the money by September 2016 but this pronote has been defaulted. Please note that she has NOT issued me any cheque just a pronote. We are now planning to file for a divorce (mutual consent) under HMA 13B. My wife now says that she will return the loaned money to me by November 2017. Please guide me as to what should be done- 1. Would it be safe for me to include any clause for this pronote in the mutual consent divorce petition. 2. Should I get another pronote for Nov 2017 signed from her stating the she has already defaulted one pronote which was due in September 2016 and get a cheque and mention the same in the mutual consent divorce petition. 3. What action can I take if she defaults the pronote for Nov 2017 (in case if you advise to get a pronote again for Nov 2017) Thanks in advance!

Do deal with things more with faith and requirement, since there are many factors in life more important than legality and money. Sometime in life both of you had been together hence do work together here on matters on an mature note since there are things that take precedence to factors such as money and stuff. All the best in advance.
