Vexatious Legal Notice issued for defaults in Payments

All Stage-Level Payments made to Builder without any defaults. All Cheque details and Payment Receipts available with me. Without verifying facts and documentary evidences for cause of Notice, a Vexatious Legal Notice issued to me for defaults. Can I 1.demand copies of documentary evidences and correspondences for defaults from Advocates who issued Notice.
2.Sue for damages for unwarranted mental torture and harassment for unsubstantiated , vexatious Legal Notice , Any case laws for such damage suits
First you have to give reply through advocate to them asking details and clarification why they issued legal notice . If they failed to give explanation u can proceed further . Contact with documents for better solution
