Used credit card for buying product but not returning money

Dear Sir / Madam, One of my ex-colleague swiped my credit card by by iphone 6 with permission by promising me return the entire amount within 3months time but he was stealing from products from the company which we found out escalated this to high level where company terminated him and now whenever I ask for money he just I'll transfer today, I'll transfer next month or I'll transfer on this date but I never got my half of the money, request u to pls advice me.

you have to send him legal notice through Advocate and demand the money back.
after he gets the notice and still does not returns the money then you will have to file civil suit for recovery of money and also you can file criminal complaint for cheating.

u lodge complaint against him before police station for fraud the above said transaction was credit card and u lodge the complaint for my credit card was stolen my friend and purchase mobile. then i was shock for the letter of my bank for transaction. my friend fraudulently use my credit card for want of my knowledge , he is not return the amount.
