Unreasonable policies by bank can I go legally against them

am having some problem with Vijaya Bank regarding the Educational loan taken from bank during the period 2005-2010. Excess interest debits, no subsidy, denial of postponment of EMI etc. what are my legal remedies
You can get remedy through banking regulations act and banker's book evidence act if they not follow and abide by the terms of policy
Education loan if granted subject to subsidies and Low interest rates
