Took money and promised job in Dubai now not returning the money

Sir a person had promised us of providing a job in Dubai and collect an amount of 3 lac frm us and cheated us for complete one yr and now stil cheating us by nt returning the amount. we don't hav an document stating this but hav several audio recording ,and this person can not be located but stil contacting through phone calls but not willing to come forward
Please file FIR with police and the police will take action against the Accused person.
The police will arrest him and recover your money.
Please submit all your audio recordings to the Police for their investigation.
