Took loan from dubai bank dont have sources to return what to do?

Hi, I used my dubai FGB credit card for 16000/- Dhs. but unfortunately I lost my job and came back to India in October 2015. I am trying to get a new job in UAE to pay back those outstanding amount. In the mean while recovery agents from india calling me and always I am attempting their call. now they are telling that 21000/-dhs I need to pay. But as per my jobless situation I can pay 8000/-dhs by selling my assets. I explained them regarding this, But they are not accepting. could you please help me to fix this issue.
You can seek time to pay off the debt from the bank on your personal accord or settle the claim amicably by seeking a waiver but the Bank can proceed against you legally in the court of appropriate jurisdiction.
