Took loan but unable to repay it now cases filed and business loss

I have took loan in bank and could not able to replace it properly as behalf of bank manager issue now my case filed in different sections and getting problems like a criminal case file. by looking to my quotation of loan was 15 lakh but manager gave me 5 lakh he said later i will provide you and after that i have paid an 5 months interst without running an business after that my business got loss.
Approach financier and talk to him. Explain your situation and try to re-negotiate the repayment schedule. It will be expensive for both financier or you if he goes to court to recover dues. In the interest of both parties, to settle the issue.
