Took loan but due to harassment fled from that place

I have the loan on high interest from person without any proof I used give the interest every month but he was harassing me so I fled from the place. Now tell me what to do

Action against you can be depending upon the documents if you have executed and when the amount was taken. If it is private loan the lender may file civil suit. you remain away from him but better to keep watch on him. In case he files civil suit, he may get ex-parte order against him. please consult lawyer and obtain proper opinion in detail.
