Sister pledged gold. Bank asking to repay father's loan to get gold.

my father barrow loan on land he has 5 children all are major. In my brothers account my sister has pledged gold and my brother paid full amount to bank but bank didn't give gold back my brother they telling that clear your father loan amount and we give back gold. What can we do now?
Confirm that you are claiming your grand father share. Whether he is not cooperating to you for the share. If he is not willing to give share than we want to go into the roots of his capital investment if it is self acquired capital than you have no right to claim it.
