Sent goods to customer but no money received till now

I am a business man I sent goods to one of my party through bill he has not paid any money it is almost about 2 years , what action can be taken against him?
Dear Sir,
You must be having the purchase orders or any other receipts where there is confirmation of you sending goods and he receiving it. To begin with you can send him a legal notice demanding your money back. If still he does not pay the money you can file a suit for recovery of money in the civil court
