Relatives cheated on property recovery matter What can i do

We are cheated by our relatives in the case of Property recovery of 3 Lakh. And the proof is Stamp paper. Does the stamp paper work as the evidence. If it is the evidence. What is the procedure to Recover the money. Please explain in detail. What can i do ?
If you have the property in your name or you have sold the property so if the due amount is not paid, then you can file a recovery suit under procedures of Civil Procedure code. Also it is to be noted that the agreement of sale says (in general) that we are transferring the property as the due amount has been paid to us in any manner whatsoever.
