Relative not returning my money 9 lacs how to proceed legally

Sir, I have given 9 lacs to my relative but now not returning my money and confusing i had got major loss i did not have any money. If i make call him to ask for money he threats that you are harrashing ,i will file case, i m going in depression etc. What to do sir.
Please file a civil suit for recovery of principal amount along with 18% interest. You will have a very good case to file and win.

You will have to send legal notice through some lawyer for recovery of the said amount. In case if he still does not return the money then file a suit for recovery in court. You have to mention how you made the transaction of 9 lacs and did you made some agreement in writing.
