Regarding the process for applying time through court to repay loan

Hi sir I have taken an amount of rs 40000/- for improving my business in 2013 from my friend for zero percent interest and kept time till 28 Feb 2016 but as I am facing severe financial problems I need more 3months for repayment which was not acceptable by my friend is there any way for taking time through court
As per the information you have provided, you cannot ask for time extension from court if your friend hasn’t filed a recovery suit against you. You can ask for extension of time from your friend till he files a recovery suit against you.
