Recovery of money paid as security deposit for C and F agency

We had paid deposit towards C & F agency and distributorship of Green tea and the company has not supported the operation and now we not responding and not returning the money

If you have paid the amount (your part of consideration), and opposite party is denying to fulfill there part of contract, you as a aggravated party can very well sue them before court of law for refund of your deposit along with the damages(losses) caused to you.
