Received notice from bank for credit card dues which I had in 2002

I have took a credit card from Bank nearly in year 2002, I used it two three times. Now summon is on my name reg. debt. I even don't have that card now. what should I do in such situation.
What does the Summon say? How much recovery is the Credit card asking for. if you don’t have the card now did you file a complaint regarding the same.
Please check with the bank on what basses are the sending you the summons.
