Received monthly credit card statement of 48k I am not liable to pay

I have a credit card of axis bank which has a limit of Rs 50K.I am running the card peacefully for 4 years.Suddenly the bank sent me a monthly credit card statement which charge me Rs 48K which I am not at all liable.I have complained to CC.then I have applied dispute form and also complain to police cyber crime dept.In the meantime I have blocked my card.After dispute form they have debited Rs 46K Keeping Rs 2K and they have sent me a new credit card which I have never applied for and now for that invalid card They are charging Rs 4K totalling as interest.Now what 2 do?I am hindu

Dear Querist,

Fiorst of all, inform the bank regarding the discrepancies and elaborating in tabular why there should not be any due payable by you.

Thereafter, make a complaint to the Banking Ombudsman apprising of the dispute!
