Received court notice from lawyer on behalf of citi bank for money

I have citi credit card with 3.3lacks outstanding. They made with interests and charges to 4lacs. I have not paid minimum due to financial issues from last 4 to 5 months. I even stopped responding to them with harassment and fearing. Now they filed a case and sent me a lawyer notice to my home town. I. Really confused what to do in this bad situation I am into. Please help me with your advice on how to deal with this?
Legal notice is about initiating criminal proceedings against you? Or intimation as per money recovery? . Need to see the legal notice. But I can suggest you to go for one time full and final settlement for around 1 lakh . Being good at recovery laws, I can negotiate best deal with citi bank recovery agents on this.
