Procedure in case Flipkart refuses to refund the damaged product

I have bought Moto c plus . But It shows the problem of varying battery percentage everytime I change the battery. I complained at customer care. They send technician but even he didn't listen to me. Even though some variation was shown at his presence but he disapprove. Now Flipkart is not listening to my complaint.now what should I do.

please read the terms and conditions of Flipkart in case of third party purchase are they liable or not in such cases. you can send them a legal notice for mental harassment and deficiency of service. if they do not respond to it then you can file a consumer complaint as per the pecuniary jurisdiction.

In the given situation Ist serve the Flip Card as well as the Manufacturer a Legal notice, it is very likely that they will come forward to redress your grievance, otherwise you can file Consumer Case in the jurisdiction of the address from where you ordered it. Some of the State Commissions have upheld such complaints, you can take benefit of the same.
