Private lender threatening and asking me to pay 4% per day

08-Aug-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I have taken a loan from a private lender and repaid most the principal amount. Unfortunately, I was not able to payback the due on time and now he want me to payback the amount at an interest of 4% per day. The amount became something I can't repay back in one shot. How can I save myself from the trouble?

in this case you can file a police complaint in the nearest police station. You need to look upon whether there was any contract between you and the other party. You can also file a complaint in the court under section 200 of ipc.
