On 2012 ADC gave its judgement not to take property till court case is pending.3rd person take loan against our residential property by fraudulent
signature. In distt. court proved that signature is fraudulent and summon the accused person. But on 17.9.2015 New ADC gave its decision to take over the property by bank by contradict the previous ADC order but case is still pending. What we do in this case?

You should file a copy of order of. District Court and expert report and argue that signature are find fraudulent and stay the proceedings till the final order of district court. If the court deny to admit the then file a civil suit of injunction to stay the proceedings.
