Placement agency harassing and not returning money, please advise.

Respected Sir, I went to a placement agency in our town on 1st November 2015 with bad unemployment problem. She asked Rs.2000 fee, and after some days again asked 2000 and again asked 2000 AND in the end of November it reached to Rs.10000. And she not showed any jobs till Feburary 2016. Then I asked to return my money. She gave April 2016 time And when the time came, she then send firstly (After 6/7 months receiving money) Dataentry and next Attender Job (I completed PG). ANd in June she called to me and asked help for the office duty and she gave office duty for two months and salary not gave. In this time She said There is a Contract Basic Jobs, Pay amount and Join in that. She first said 40000 And Then it reached to 50K and then asked 1 lakh. I gave her 70000. How to recovery my money without expense and without Knowing it to my Household? When I asking her my money, she giving many dates, not giving money. Please help me and how to solve this problem easily.
