Person owing me money is not picking calls or responding, how to claim

So 2 pple i worked with broke my mobile and I had to get it repaired which cost me Rs.14860 one person has already paid me n the guy has been saying he will pay today 2morrow day after n its been more thn a 3 months he was supposed to pay on 8th of march n since then he is not picking my call n not replying to messages I have all the messages n call recordings in wch he admits to transfer the money in my account stating the amount n date of transfer plzz help me I desperately need him to pay for the damages he has caused 7400 is the amount he is supposed to pay me
Yes he is supposed to pay for the damages. For that purpose you can file a complaint in the nearest police station or you can file a recovery suit in the civil court, make sure you provide all the necessary documents, evidences supporting your claim in the said situation.
