Online shopping site not refunding my money, what can I do ?

Shop4deel has cheated me and they have not refunded my money of 9500/-.Case is filied in consumer forum, but I m doubtful abt getting my money back,cause it is an Delhi party. What are the chances of the case and should I proceed with the case or not is my question.
You should definitely proceed with your case . If you have valid proofs and evidences you will recover your money ,as well u might get compensation for harassment and inconvenience suffered by you due to malafied intentions of the seller.
