One guy given me cheque which bounced now not responding

HI, One guy given cheque(date not mentioned) to me two years back. He took money from me and given surety cheque to me. I asked money many times he is not responded. when i ever i asked in bank there was no money in that account. last month i deposited cheque i got money. Now he raised a complaint in bank that he was not issued that cheque. now bank folks blocked that amount. He dropped some mails to me two years back i have that e- mail conversation. And he given one bank account number to transfer money i did transfered that is not his account. i have that transaction details also.
To recover the amount you can file for a recovery suit in a civil court under order 37 of CPC. You can prove by your bank statements that you gave money to the other person and you can recover such amount through civil court.
