Not able to pay my credit card due what action can be taken against me

I can't pay the credit card dues. What will be punishment by Indian Law for not paying the credit card outstanding balance or even not paying any settlement amount
You can seek time to pay off the debt from the bank on your personal accord or reply to the Legal Notice seeking time to pay off the debt but the bank can proceed against you legally unless they through explicit consent allowing to more time to pay off the debt.
