Money recovery as my mother used to take micro credit loans

my mother used to take micro credit loans, a lady who saw this problem said my mother instead of taking small loans take a big one at once. She said if you deposit 500k u will get 5000k loan and out of greed and the situation my mother took money from the relatives. It's been around 2 yrs and every now and then she says the official are asking for bribe u need to pay more and by now she has taken 20 lacs. One day I had made her sign a pro-note stating she has taken 12 lacs but I didn't knew the amount was 20lacs. Now she delays the date and says u will get it next week and everytime gives excuses.
Dear Querist,
1. If your mother has made the deposit in cash without any acknowledgement then it would be difficult to sustain the claim in the court of law until & unless there is strong evidence of confession to that effect.
2. To comment anything on the pro-note one has to peruse it in order to say how far it would be justified in the court.
Assuming that you have sufficient evidence then you can file a money suit against such person or company represented by that person and simultaneously you also have to file a case of cheating in order to initiate appropriate criminal action.
To express further detailed legal opinion & recourse, I need to peruse all the documents.
