Money not received after selling the car what can I do

I sold a Tata Ace tempo, the person wanted a loan he gave me the loan approval copy, i had signed the papers for transfer so that the he could submit it with the NBFC, Post that the NBFC rejected his loan and noe since two years i havent received the money nor the papers yet. what should i do?
If you signed an agreement at that time, then the agreement forms the basis of your legal contract with the purchaser and based on the terms mentioned in the agreement, you must send the purchaser a legal notice for making the payment.
If the purchaser fails to make the payment after receiving the legal notice, you must file a recovery suit in the concerned civil court.
If there is no contract signed between you and the purchaser, as such by using sufficient documents to prove placing of work order we can recover the amount through the process mentioned above.
