Money borrowed by brother lender threatening his parents

My Husband's elder brother had some loss in his business and given IP and ran away with his wife 5 months back from Salem, TamilNadu.We are living in Bangalore.After IP notice came, people who gave money with his brother started asking us and trying to file fake cases on my husband and fatherinlaw.My motherinlaw and fatherlaw stayed with us in bangalore for 2 years because of my pregenency and baby surgery issues. We really don't know anything about his business matters.but people are very aggressive on us.We are struggling a lot with my 1 year baby who undergone surgery.Please help us.urgent.

If the people are aggressive on you, you need to seek police help. If you are hurt, tortured, victimised, stalked, abused, threatened, then you need to file a police complaint. As I can see from the facts mentioned by you, you are more apprehensive than required to be. There is no warning situation and be calm.
