Lent money to relative got blank cheques how can I recover the amount

Hi, 1.) i have given 5lacs to my relative through RTGS 2.) Behalf of that he gave a signed cheque with 5lac value but without dated. 3.) its been more than 2.5 years and he has not returned my money. 4.) Could i use that cheque to book him under cheque fraud case ?
U r transfered R's 5lakh thorough RTGS to ur relative as per there requirements and ur relative's issued u 5lakh rs post dated cheques in favour so u immediately mention date on cheque and presents in ur bank ,if its clear by bank o.k. if cheque return u immediately contract to adv for legal notice and further proceedings rest on VI's a vise
