Invested in a company now they are discontinuing my contract

A person open a office of providing data entry work from a company Josoft technology. He said he had a frenchisee of this company and for this he paid 8 lakh rupee. He made contract me with this company and take 85000 rupee cheque on this name of Josoft technogy and he take 15000 cheque as his commision. He verbally take full guarantee of my money that my money will not sink as they have full knowledge of this work and they will provide me full support. But after work submittiing the company not gave me a single paisa, they said work is not as per contract. I have lost my 3 lacks what to do
Based on the facts we are given to understand that company has committed fraud , so we suggest that you should file a police compliant against the company under section 420 IPC
