Invested in a company. Money not returned after maturity. What to do?

I have invested Rs 4.30 Lacs ( Ruppees Four Lacs Thirty Thousand ) at Rose Valley Company (Kharagpur Branch .) This amount have already matured on January -2015 & March -2015 respectively. But the Rose Valley Company is not giving any money & I have not received any single money from Rose Valley Company against this matured amount. What action can i take against the company?

in that you can file complainant case by the way of 156(3) Cr.p.c and thereafter you can go for the criminal proceeding and in that you can include the IPC section 420,471 and many more you can do after that he is ready o give that good otherwise you can go for the case which is going on.

You could file a winding up petition before the concerned court. A winding up petition essentially asks the court to declare the company as bankrupt. The assets of the company are then liquidated to satisfy the dues of the various creditors.

Though winding up proceedings are not a legitimate means of enforcing a debt, you will still have a very strong case if the debt is not disputed.

In the alternative, you could also approach the Company Law Board.
