i want my money back from app development firm who cheated my company

hi... i have newly started a very very small company in my own residence at delhi for providing online services,from my company's current account i had transferred 15000 for app development of my matrimonial project to a development firm of kolkata in its current account. Now that firm is absconding without delivering my project and saying he won't refund my Rs15000 and also not responding our any calls and mails, what should i do. i don't have enough money to hire a lawyer & deal him legally...please help me out and suggest me what should i do to retrieve my money back from that firm?
You should file a criminal case of cheating against the firm with the local police.you can also file a suit for recovery under order 37 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908. As regards your financial constraints you may contest your case in person.
