I am fraud according to paytm online shopping site

Sir main paytm sight per as a merchant product sell karta tha...us per kabhi heavy discount aata tha to main apne hi product buy kar leta tha ek din mera account block kar diya gaya or mere paas neeche diya gaya mail aaya ki aapne humare sath fraud kiya hai iske liye aapko 6,24,000 INR as a penalty deni hogi otherwise aap par legal action liya jayga uske baad mere paas notice bhi aaya but maine recive nahi liya tha sir mujhe pta nahi tha esa karna illegal hai maine apna custmore account bana rakha tha paytm per usi se main apne hi product buy karta tha or as a seller sell bhi karta tha
My dear friend ignorance of law is not an excuse and in this case also ignorance of law is not excuse. However I may endeavor to help you if you send me the contents of the email and legal notice. You are not supposed to act as buyer of your own product. However if there is no complaint of public/consumer against you, then the matter is not very serious.
