How to recover the money from managers

I have given certain amount of money to some managers in the company for getting the business and now since they are not giving business we are unable to recover the given cash.
You can send him a legal notice and state your demands and concerns. If he does not comply with your demands then you can file a recovery suit against him under order 32 of the civil procedure code in the court of civil jurisdiction.
