How to recover money from buyer without any proof of sale

12-Jul-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I sold some gold to my neighbour. Now he is delaying the payment but has given me a check of Rs. 1 Lakh undated. But i have no written proof or anything that i have sold him Gold worth 1 Lakh. As he is delaying the payment i am planning to get it bounced. Will my not having any written record effect it ? will i be able to get my money thru court ?

Dear client,
You definitely can recover your amount through Court, get the cheque bounce, consult and engage one prudent lawyer, you will definitely succeed,
Absence of written record will not affect your case.
