How to recover money from a company located in Phillippine?

A company located in Philippine cheeated me collecting money on false promises (have their Indian Representatives telephone no. who mainly co-ordinated with us) Can I file a police complaint in India for cheating or else what is the legal remedy to get back the money.
You can filed the Police complain IPC U/s.420 against the Indian Representative who has cheated you behalf of that company. Once the person arrested other ways will be opened to get the money back from the company.
