How to recover brokerage from client

I had shown an apartment to my client in south mumbai however she denies to give brokerage please help
Dear Sir,
Mere showing of apartment does not amount to paying of brokerage. and the client is not liable to pay any amount for it. if and so the person has bought the property then the terms and conditions agreed upon by you both is to be agreed upon
