How to claim my money back from friend who took loan earlier

Hello sir i have lent 3 lakh to our family friend.he had given me a blank signed cheque towards security.and a bond paper with money return agreement and court notarised.my problem is i want my money back but that personal is in hospital not in serious condition.someone suggested me to file a case of cheque bounce case against him.i want know how much time is required by court to give me justice..because these 3 lakh are vary urgently requred to me....thank u..
You can either file a civil suit for recovery in the court or you can opt for criminal proceedings against him for cheque bounce case. First send him/her a legal notice demanding the payment, if she/he still denies then, either file a recovery suit or file a complaint for cheque bounce. Limitation for which is 3 years.
