How can I stop court attachment in my salary

Respected Sir/Madam My friend taken loan in private CHIT FUND company I put surety to my in year 2011. But with out any intimation are court attachment revived from court to my home address.Now in my salary recovery going each month how can i stop any possible to me.

When you voluntarily gave a guarantee for your friend loan then it will be automatically liable to be attached if your friends has no means to pay but it should be by following procedures as contemplated under law. In your Case, Salary was attached without your notice . On this ground alone you can file a petition before jurisdictional court or high court.
