How can I recover payment for goods supplied

Dear sir, in last 3 years there are many party of mine who took goods and they did not paid full amount and few of them gave us check and few only giving assurance few are so for away and not picking up phone what should I do .All the materials or goods against the bill .

Like you have mentioned that all the goods have been supplied to your parties against bill, then you do have a legal right to recover the payment due from them. You can file a civil suit for recovery of your outstanding payment.

Hello you just collect all invoice raised against such vendors and institute a suit joinding all such persons. prior to this you send them all notice regarding clearing your dues under hire & purchase Act. some of dues with usual interest of 6% you must claim in the suit. For further meet any lawyer he will guide and will help you in building the case.
