Got subsidy from government bank harassing to pay back loan

i got industry loan of rs 8lakhs from indian bank on 2013 december and i got 2 lakhs subsidy for that loan from govt for that loan . in 2014 i got govt job the news now reached dic office and they asking to repay the subsidy amount or else they ll affect my job. like that they threatening me. what can i do now sir. pls hepl me
