Got post dated cheques now account closed how to recover money?

I have taken one place on rent. 2 lac advance given in lieu of that i got post dated cheques. Then i left the house as per the agreement. The person is not returning my 2 lac rupees. The post dated cheque account is closed now. What action can i take against that person?
You can send a legal notice for cheque bouncing, following file a case u/s 138, 142 NI Act. Secondly send legal notice demanding the entire money with interest and compensation. Also file a recovery suit for the same. You can also file a criminal case u/s 156(3) under Sec 406, 420 IPC for cheating.
