Given cash in year 2000 to an advocate. Who is saying since years that he will return but not returning it and has no intention to do so. Any chances of recovery?
For what purpose have you paid the amount to the advocate. was it his professional fees or personal matter. KIndly tell in details. if it is for personal use then you may file a case but the case would cost you more then the amount you need to recover.
