Friend took money not returning have evidence can I file case

10-Feb-2023 (In Recovery Law)

My friend took 30k on nov 14, 2011. I took money from my other friend and he transferred it to the person he owed the money 30k. I can arrange bank transaction record from my friend. I also have whatsapp converstaion record with my friend where he has mentioned that he will return the money. One of my friend was present when he returned me rs 5000. I only have above 3 evidences. How much time will it take in court if i want my money and is it even possible considering the lack of evidence.

You have sufficient evidence to recover your money through the process of the court. However, it is a time consuming process and you will be required to pay some legal fees as well. First, issue a legal notice to that person and file a complaint with the local police station. If he still refuses to repay the amounts then you may consider approaching the courts.
