Friend took mobile but not refunding money

I give mobile to my friend he is not refunding money for the mobile I sent him mobile by Indian post courier Delhi to dehradun cost of mobile is 11000
You can file a complaint against your friend for not paying you the said amount i.e, Rs.11000. However, after that you can file a recovery suit in the debt recovery tribunal.
