Friend brought mobile from my creditcard. Promised to pay back emi.

On my friends request i purchased mobile of cost 29k in June using my credit card. She promised me to payback the emi. But till now i have not received any money. Now a days she stoped responding my calls. i contacted her parents and common friends , but no luck. The mobile i ordered from my account. So its on my name. Can i recover the mobile or money. What would be the cost involved and time required.
u mentioned her then u have lodge complaint against unknown person for stolen ur mobile before police station and alongwith mobile bill and credit card receipt. in case she is not responding u , then u take necessary action against her. complaint statement is that using said Mobile to ur friend but after demanding she told the said Mobile was stolen therefore u lodge the complaint against unknown person.
thereafter she is trying to settle the matter.
