Fees to be paid by an aggrieved person DRT

I am the owner of house plot in Hyderabad as per court judgement.other person got the same plot registered thru aGPA four months later and obtained loan from a bank while court case filed by me was running against him .As he has not paid the loan for nine years,the bank issued a possession notice tho I informed bank ,my ownership on the plot,should I apply to DRT. If so what fees to be paid by me DRT.

Dear Sir,

your query is not clear. who is in possession of the house. why did you file a case and at what stage the matter is going on, if the house has been sold to someone else then did you get a stay order from the court. unless you clear these important facts we would be unable to help you. Why and What do you want to apply in the DRT?
