Father took loan now people are harassing and threatening him

My father had taken money from a wrong n powerful people. Now these people are harrasing my dad n taking my name also. they are asking my dad to come to SP city office with your son. If not he will pick me up from home. The money was for business n I was not involved. please advise what can I do. Why he is taking me in between all this

Immediately you file complaint 156(3) cr. P. c. in chif judiciary Magistrate against creditors because they are harassing to you and your family.
Creditors can loan recovery only by civil Court or mutual consent.
