Father lent money to brother in law how to recover back the money

Respected Sir, My Papa lent a very big sum to my brother in law ( Uncle's son in law) for set up of his business worth crores out of blind faith and one sided love without any agreement. He returned a bit that too after many calls but now he neither talk nor returning the money. The money is used in his business from which he is earning well. My father ( 62) going weak day by day and keeps waiting for his call all day. He has developed some symptoms of Alzeihmers due to stress & anxiety. Its my humble request to advice me What action can I take against him? We need our money immediately

If any person to whom you have given loan of any amount, then in such case you shall have the right to claim money amount from that person by filing a recovery suit under order 7 rule 2 of CPC against that person. But before you file any recovery suit you shall have to send a legal notice for the recovery of the said amount of loan by giving him 7 days to repay. If he does not pay the loan amount within 7 days of such period, then the civil proceedings shall be commenced against him.
