Credit Card from UAE bank recovery Agent threatening family

Please note that I was working in Abu Dhabi since 2 013. Company has terminated. I had a credit card from Rak Bank Abu Dhabi, UAE. I unable to sender my credit card. That time bank representative advise no need to worry, when you come back you continue the same. Now my friend family are distrusted by Recovery Agent. You are requested that kindly advise what he has to do?
If you are getting threatening calls, you need to file police complaint first.
Later, you can settle the due with the bank. But not through duress. Do not deal with Agents directly, Contact the bank directly with the offer for settlement. Negotiate a good deal with Bank.
